This page explains how users of Club del Fierro can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Club del Fierro account, send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, if available.
Please include:
- Your request to delete your Club del Fierro account.
- Your player username, display name, player ID, or account ID, if known.
- The email address or login method used with the account, if applicable.
- The game name, Club del Fierro, and package name, com.club.f1.
Identity Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting it. This helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account identifiers, profile information, and login-related account records controlled by us.
- Gameplay progress and online game data linked to the account, such as vehicles, upgrades, inventory, rewards, race results, rankings, and statistics.
- Support information linked to the account when it is no longer needed to process the request or meet legal obligations.
- Device or app diagnostic records that can reasonably be linked to the account, unless retained as described below.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for limited periods when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform-compliance reasons. This may include:
- Purchase, refund, entitlement, tax, or accounting records required by law or app store policies.
- Security, anti-cheat, abuse-prevention, fraud-prevention, or enforcement records needed to protect the game and other users.
- Records needed to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests.
- Backups that are overwritten on a normal backup schedule, where immediate deletion is not technically practical.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to verify the account.
Effect of Deletion
Account deletion is permanent for data that has been deleted or anonymized. You may lose access to saved progress, online features, rankings, inventory, virtual items, purchases or entitlements linked only to the deleted account, and support history.
